By using the SahiTutor website you agree to these terms. Please read them before submitting a requirement or registering as a tutor.
What SahiTutor does today
SahiTutor helps students, parents and tutors connect. At present, matching is carried out manually by our team. We do not operate a public tutor directory, automated matching, booking or payments on this website.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information. Submitting misleading details, or another person's details without their permission, may result in your submission being removed.
Verification and no guarantee
A registered tutor has registered and shared details; their information is still pending verification. A verified tutor is one whose identity and submitted information/documents have been reviewed by our team. Verification is a review of identity and submitted details only — it is not a guarantee of a tutor's teaching quality, performance, conduct, results or suitability.
We do not guarantee that a suitable tutor or student will be found, or that any engagement will be successful.
Your decisions and arrangements
Students, parents, and tutors agree on schedules, learning goals, and class logistics. You are responsible for your own decisions, including meeting arrangements for offline tutoring. We encourage taking a free demo class before deciding to continue.
Fees and Commercial Terms
Submitting a student inquiry, registering as a tutor, and attending an initial demo class are free of charge. SahiTutor does not currently process tutoring payments on this website. Once a student chooses to continue with a tutor, SahiTutor may earn a fee from the initial successful tutoring engagement or billing cycle under applicable commercial terms. All applicable commercial terms will be disclosed and explained clearly before they become binding or before the engagement commences. Subsequent ongoing tutoring payments are handled according to the terms agreed between the parties. SahiTutor is not responsible for any disputes arising from transactions conducted outside of our agreed terms.
Communication
By submitting a form you agree that SahiTutor may contact you on WhatsApp or phone about your inquiry or registration.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SahiTutor is not liable for the conduct, quality or outcome of any tutoring arrangement made between users introduced through the service.
Changes
SahiTutor is an evolving product and these terms may be updated as new functionality is introduced.
